How does billing work?
Essential is billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically. Listed prices include the taxes that apply in your country.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel whenever you like. Your benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period; past fees aren't refunded.
How do chat credits work?
Each new client conversation costs 100 credits. Free gives you 200 a month, Essential 1,400. Credits reset every month.
What if I go back to Free?
Your Essential benefits run to the end of the billing period, then your account returns to Free. Existing chats and projects stay accessible.
