SOPHISTICATED LUXURY
This 5,800-square-foot, two-story penthouse is located in a modern oceanfront high-rise in Sunny Isles Beach. We wanted the space to look light and translucent while luxurious and rich at the same time. We based our design decisions on the client’s taste, the architecture of the building, and the location, creating a contemporary and inviting second home for our Chicago-based client. The award-winning design has been featured in design magazines and TV shows worldwide.
STYLISH ZEN
We believe a home should be where we feel most calm and peaceful. What better style to promote these feelings of serenity than a Zen-inspired interior where less becomes more? Our client’s desire for a tranquil environment reflects a design that is minimalistic and pure. We brought contrast to the monochromatic design by combining a dominant color with matching objects and textured textiles, such as red and shades of turquoise.
TRANSITIONAL ELEGANCE
Jeweled lighting and a sophisticated blend of colors and textures create high drama in this almost 5,000-square-foot, two-story oceanfront penthouse in Sunny Isles Beach. The owner’s traditional background and the building’s modern appeal inspired us to balance contemporary themes with classical touches. The client’s request – an updated design that wasn’t too modern or impersonal – was a perfect match for our design style: contemporary and elegant, refined yet luxurious and sophisticated.
SERENE COMFORT
Our client wanted to change the style of his home considerably, from Mediterranean to refined contemporary-chic. We married an ultra-luxurious interior with a Zen-inspired, glamorous design that mixes the clean lines of classic modernism with natural materials, rich textures, and custom furniture. The neutral color palette is accentuated by strong contrasting colors, infusing the space with vibrancy while maintaining its organic character.
TRANQUIL RETREAT
The design objective was to create a modern yet warm and welcoming home – a retreat from an urban environment. Our elegant design is informal with a mindfulness for both luxurious details and high functionality. A warm, harmonious palette of colors contrasts with sophisticated built-ins that maximize space while patterns are created by the interplay of natural fabrics and contemporary lighting.
TROPICAL ESCAPE
Distinguishing this Miami home is a central outdoor courtyard – an immersive design concept that allows all of the living spaces to face a Zen garden and reflection pool. The wood plank floors and Earth-derived color scheme of contemporary neutrals act as aesthetic extensions of the outside space. Simple forms, soft lighting, and natural elements are woven throughout the interiors, creating a peaceful energy with modern appeal defined by fluidity, natural light, and views. “Light, minimal and floating forms have a calming effect on the mind,” says Renata Pfuner.
CURATED GLAM
Our Los Angeles-based clients recently purchased a second home on the water in Boca Raton. The ultra-modern residence was sold furnished, with the exception of three rooms. Two of the rooms were for their children, and the third room was to serve as an office and guest room. While working within a tight budgetary framework – but with requirements for a high-end, sophisticated look to match the luxurious design of the home – we were able to come up with very unique and custom-designed walls and interiors. Glamour and luxury were at the premise of the requirements.
CONTEMPORARY GLAMOUR
This chic apartment was designed for a young couple who sought contemporary, sophisticated décor amid a clean-lined, uncluttered environment. The spacious interior living spaces feature a calming color combination of neutral colors complemented by rich color accents and statement art. An amalgam of high function and high style, this intimate space flawlessly reflects the lifestyle and tastes of its owners.
CREATIVE PERFORMANCE
A fresh interpretation of the corporate office, this ultra-contemporary design inspires thought and independence in an open yet structured setting. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls envelop minimalistic meeting rooms and offices, while accents of bold color, like lemon yellow and royal blue on select furnishings and walls, enliven the space.
OPULENT TASTES
Restaurants should be more than a venue in which to eat: they should be where people enjoy and engage their culinary experience and surroundings. Offering all-organic fare, this restaurant’s airy, natural aesthetic reflects its health-driven ethos. We created a warm environment by using organic materials, such as natural woods, marble, glass, and stainless steel. The focal point of the expansive space is the eye-catching open-kitchen design where guests can watch the preparation of food. The large counter allows for products and food to be displayed, further enhancing the experience of healthy eating. SOULFUL RETREAT
In harmony with mind and body, this private retreat stimulates all the senses. It gives our client energy and inspiration in the morning and rest and relaxation in the evening through its composition of organic forms, innovative features, and sensual colors. The sanctuary-like design includes elements such as water, shimmer, and sound, while innovative light technology transitions the mood of the room from day to night.
